Touch Down at Kansai Airport

Arrived at Kansai Airport in Japan in the morning.

This was my first time visiting Japan. It was kinda challenging as I could only understand simple Japanese.

Different from many airports, Kansai airport was less crowded. Intriguingly, everything in sight fell perfectly into rule of thirds for composition on photography. It was effortless to make great photos. All the seats were neatly arranged in place. Or maybe it was my perception of Japanese being very organized.

First sight which caught my eyes was the Pokemon booth. LOL. Pokemon at rage and people got crazy especially travel in Japan. Having a headache and hectic days before trip, I barely wanted to drag my feet into the booth.

Sitting down on a bench, I slowly took a glance within views for food. I took a quick rest then walked one round within the eateries rows lining. In my mind, I just craved for just a cup of coffee to soothe my headache. First touchdown in Japan, I was being conservative to go for StarBucks!

Let’s try out Starbucks in Japan! Hahaha

Wasabi, Avogadro sauced sandwich and Café Latte. Nom Nom~ wasabi spice and Avogadro are a good mix for a creamy and spicy taste.  I could feel the wasabi spice was oozing out through my nose. Do they have it in other countries too? I don’t know. Honestly, I don’t usually eat cold, stale sandwiches sitting behind glass windows in Starbucks.

Interestingly, there were 4 sizes of Starbucks coffee in Japan.

Short(S) 240cc

Tall(T) 350cc

Grande(G) 470cc

Venti®(V) 590cc

It was my first time to see Short(S) 240cc. I went to Taiwan, never saw 240cc.

Usually, I have Grande.

Okay! Done with breakfast. It was time for the some real sight seeing!

Something special came into my eyes. Kyoto Craft Mart!

It is always good to request for permission before you take photos.

Kyoto Craft Mart is a great place to get a gift. It is too early to decide but better to browse gifts before I rushed to catch the flight back home, isn’t it?

Reasonably priced Japanese Style Nunogoyomi towel were displayed nicely on shelves.

Or you can choose colorful soft and delicately wrapped gauze handkerchief saves you good time to find a wrapper.

Piperoid Paper Pipe Robots maybe for your kids or your family kids?

They are so cute and fun to watch.
